[Xfig hangs on start]

Hi,

fig is an X11 application, and thuis requires an X11 server to be installed to work. Do you have one installed ? If you are not sure run

sudo port install xorg-server 

and follow the instructions at the end to log out and back in again, and then retry running xfig.
