Spyder fails to install in M1 MacBook Pro

Hi Artemio,
This is caused by an upstream issue in QtWebEngine and is already reported in Trac ticket 62059 (https://trac.macports.org/ticket/62059 <https://trac.macports.org/ticket/62059>). Ryan commented there that it appears to be fixed, but likely nobody has tried whether incorporating that fix in MacPorts indeed solves the problem.
