Hi,

Has anyone been able to get octave to run with the GUI interface and/or run Octave.app on M1/BigSur?

I installed octave with the +qt5 variant, but when octave starts it says:

octave: no graphical display found
octave: disabling GUI features

Octave.app on M1 does not load.

The GUI and app built using the same variant on x86/BigSur seem to work fine.
