xorg-xorgproto Problem

MacPorts’ builders have successfully built xorg-xorgproto 2022.2 on 10.6 and later. I believe more information is likely needed on why you’re encountering an issue installing it, I would suggest opening a ticket since no one else has already reported this issue.
