Which port provides protoc?

Which is great if you've already installed the port, but doesn't help if you're trying to learn what port to install.

The new ports web site keeps track of port contents so you can find ports by their files there:

https://ports.macports.org/search/?installed_file=/opt/local/bin/protoc

(This appears to be a substring search rather than an exact search.)
