Please file a separate bug report for each individual affected port, for which a bug report does not already exist, so that each issue can be investigated and fixed separately.

The bug report about graphviz for example is https://trac.macports.org/ticket/61288 so you don't need to file that one. I haven't checked if the others have bug reports already.
