port selfupdate prompts for GitHub account login

Do you have a secondary source like `file:///Users/garrett/ports [nosync]`
in /opt/local/etc/macports/sources.conf? I have one and it‘s a git repo on
GitHub.

Updating git repo sources may require login periodically.
