ports that are outdated but cannot be upgraded.

Weird.  Getting ready to create a ticket for not being able to be
upgraded.  Now I see it does not show up on the outdated list.  Well,
the "replaced" ports are still in the outdated list.  Guess I'll just
ignore that.
