change in sorting order with MacPorts 2.10

Hi, one minor thing I've been noticing with the new MacPorts 2.10
release: it seems that there's been a change to sort ordering with
this release? i.e., when I do a command like `port outdated`, it'll do
the python ports like so:
py310-*
py311-*
py312-*
py37-*
py38-*
py39-*
...whereas previously, before this update, it'd do them like this instead:
py37-*
py38-*
py39-*
py310-*
py311-*
py312-*
Was this change intentional?
Thanks,
Eric Gallager
