I would like to do so, but I can't submit a bug report.
In fact, the gitlab system of libxml2 is broken, so I couldn't
create an account, and there's no mailing list, so I have
no way to submit bug reports.
This is why I suggested downgrading.
However, I will continue to try to create an account of gitlab.
