New Port Request: Primesieve from https://github.com/kimwalisch/primesieve

Ken, it looks like MacPorts already has a primesieve port, created by The
Other Ken several months ago.  *port install primesieve*.  Does that work
for you?  Does it install as expected into */opt/local*?
