RFE: mise port note clarification requested

`mise update usage` (I thought the `-g` flag was required for `mise
update`). This can be checked with `mise outdated`.
I’ve got a new mise update that I’ve opened a PR for, so I’m updating the
message to maybe be a little more informative.
