2.10.1 macports SQL error on 10.6

On Sonoma 14.6.1:

	Error: unknown command or invalid arguments:  "load". Enter ".help" for 
help


This can be fixed by installing the sqlite3 port. The version of sqlite3 
in the base OS is 3.43, that in the port is 3.46
