Tidying up Python

In that case, I'ld recommend switching to python311 as the default
macports python. And possibly uninstall python313 completely if
necessary (even though they ought to be able to co-exist peacefully).

Python313 is still considered bleeding edge by some *nix distributions.
And if most of the stuff jupyter is dependent on requires py311-stuff,
it might be the best solution for you to stay on python311 until the
jupyter dependecies get updated.

Both python311 & python312 are considered final
& only receive security updates.
