gphoto2 install fails

This was fixed upstream a long time ago.  See ticket for more details and
follow up.

The Port: and Assigned to: fields are missing from this trac ticket.  This
may be why this problem was overlooked in MacPorts for a long time.  It is
important to fill out bug reports carefully.
