MacPorts 2.11.0-beta1 now available for testing

Well, it's been a week and no bugs have been reported against the beta. 
Either this is a flawless release with no regressions, or we could use 
some more testing. :)

Historically there have usually been a few issues that get reported 
right after the final release, so it would be nice to catch them a 
little earlier. If you are able to, please download the beta and try it out.
