Qemu upgarde error

The QEMU version 9.2.1 distfile was silently changed upstream.  This looks
to me like a "safe" change with a good explanation.

There is probably some way to convince your local installation to accept
the current macports build for 9.2.1.  However, the upstream message
recommends upgrading to the next version, 9.2.2, which will cure the
checksum problem.  I will put in a simple update for that.
