I’m sorry, what I said is not true for all Python 3.8 ports, but py38-psutil was dropped in January: https://github.com/macports/macports-ports/commit/4cc160b56bcb529eac8c9200c4c7fa2fe2a2d717 Maybe that can be reinstated. But note that the salt port would still install a pretty old version until it gets updated.
