cannot update `graphviz' after OSX update to 15.3

thanks a lot to both of you. this (https://trac.macports.org/wiki/ProblemHotlist#clts16) was indeed
it. very much appreciated! also thanks a lot for constantly improving macports which has come a long
way over the last 10-20(?) years :). `port migrate', e.g., nowadays makes life a lot easier and
seemed to have worked mostly flawlessly today for me.

ps: could/should not https://trac.macports.org/wiki/ProblemHotlist#clts16 be somehow integrated into
the `port migrate' actions? it seems it is a general pitfall currently, no?.
