How to downgrade libxml2

I got it working by only patching php74 as indicated in the Fix GH-14834. I didn’t need to modify php74-libxml. Since tickets https://github.com/BjarneDMat/macports-ports/commit/3140324  and https://github.com/BjarneDMat/macports-ports/commit/6892c52 are created for this problem, I didn’t create a new ticket.
