Latest bind9 update will not launch after upgrade.

I just had to reboot my machine and latest version of bind9 (bind9 @9.20.9_0) will no longer launch.
Tried reinstalling on another machine and have the same problem.
Looking at the contents of org.macports.bind9.plist file the program args have changed from;-

Could this be the source of the problem?
Does anyone else have this issue?
