NOTE: This is where 'rsync.macports.org' resolves to via 2 CNAMEs...
If you desperately need an update to work for now, you will need to look for another MacPorts mirror and configure your installation to use it.

And if you go to https://ftp.fau.de you will see all of the mirrors served there, including MacPorts, but the MacPorts link gets a "403 Forbidden" error, which often just means the directory is gone.
So this is a global error.
