Upgrade wants unnecessary dependency

And "port deps expat" tells you the dependencies of the port with its default variants, not with the variants with which you have it installed. 

By the way, if you happen to be on macOS 26 or later, expat (and any other port using the muniversal portgroup) will install incorrectly when using the universal variant:

No error will occur during installation, but any port that depends on such a port will not build.
