Upgrade wants unnecessary dependency

It seems you're right!  Running `port installed expat`, I saw I had the
universal variant installed.  In fact I apparently had multiple ports of
that variant installed.  No clue why though.

I checked and couldn't find any installed ports that depend on these
universal variants, so I reinstalled them as normal/non-universal ports.
And AFAICT this has fixed the issue; diffutils-for-muniversal is no
longer needed and (so far) no additional problems have occurred.
