Comment (by thetrial):

 I can’t experiment with the machine here now because I replayed the
 necessary openssl3 directory under libexec, so I have openssl at 3.1.4_1 …
 but Macports does not know that and thinks/claims I have 3.2.0_0. On my
 other machine I have both in the registry. Is there a way too manually add
 soomething? I could not replay the older version via git because the
 complete list of older ports (under devel? security?) was/is truncated :-/
