 There must be a reason why this error is CRITICAL. If it was on me, I
 would remove cairo at all from tree and create additional "unsafe"
 repository.

 The problem isn't Cairo. It's a dependent port, which is referencing
 `exec_prefix` in Cairo's pkgconfig file.

 So we need to figure out which one that is, and fix it.

 Does that make sense?
