Neither of these has anything to do with mac ports.
One references an installation in /usr/local and the other in /opt/intel - neither of which is an area macports will install into.
I have already informed you that we do not support having anything installed in /usr/local
https://trac.macports.org/wiki/FAQ#usrlocal
So please before you post any more bug reports here remove that.
For the issues with /opt/intel you should direct those questions at whom ever provided whatever you have installed there.
Finally, gfortran as provided by the macports ports gcc13 and gcc12 work perfectly well on macOS14. My advice is bin the above and install these instead.
