py-sqlite & py-sqlite2 - determining dependents

If there is, I'm not aware of it (which doesn't mean there isn't some  
other better way to do it).

That information is in the PortIndex though, so you can just grep  
PortIndex (which will be faster than doing a recursive grep though  
all of the portfiles).
