Update Trac tickets with the new priority and type lists

So there is still 629 tickets wandering in the database. We are  
slowly seeing the end of this.

On a sidenote, there is 938 tickets with Cc field containing  
"@opendarwin.org" in the database. Fortunately, they are now all  
closed tickets.
