I just committed a try at the Trac guidelines in the new guide.  See what
you think and modify.  I also threw in a screenshot in that section.  If
it seems unnecessary or not helpful it could be yanked.

Also, can we describe better the difference between "component" and
"milestone".  The overlap is confusing.  Or could these two be combined in
some way?
