sorry for the big source_changes email

Seems like the trac browser had problems with
serving the proper encoding on "html.gz" files,
so I thought I'd upload the web page directly...

Didn't expect "source_changes" to email the
entire thing out, though. So in retrospect
I should probably have kept the lint.html.gz
