1.7 and ports setting MDT

Now that 1.7 has been released, I think we can update ports which manually
set MACOSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET as that's done by port 1.7.  The follow ports
appear to set MDT either for one OS version or 10.3-10.5:

Anyone see issues with removing the MDT stuff in those?
