	Not necessarily. We could certainly put together a local bot that  
feeds off Trac's RSS timeline and posts some kind of summary to the  
channel. The sources to mpbot are in svn, if I'm not mistaken (base/ 
portmgr/bots/port.rb?), so maybe we could even be built this  
functionality into it.

	In any case, I'm sure there wouldn't be any need to go through CIA to  
accomplish this.
