Apple don't ever offer links to old versions, presumably because it'd
hurt sales of newer versions ;-)
So I used http://store.apple.com for Mac OS X and
http://connect.apple.com for Xcode, for the URLs.
For the current breakage, someone could/should offer a PKG to fix up
the missing glibtool files...
Requiring the use of the port just because Apple messed up their update
seems like wrong approach.
