updates for redland-bindings

Hi,

Could the admins please "bump" this port up to the most recent
software version ( http://trac.macports.org/ticket/15921 ) and add
"openmaintainer" or "nomaintainer" to the port (if appropriate)?

The reason for asking this is because it looks like redland-bindings
is currently not being maintained - there are 3 and 6 months old
tickets [1,2] on redland-bindings port which have had no response from
the maintainer.

The old tickets themselves do not need more attention though because
version 1.0.8.1 addresses the bug described in [1]. And [2] is an
earlier request for version update.

P.S. This port also has an activation bug in +python version (similar
as some other SWIG-generated Python bindings) discussed on this list
under the topic: Meaning of "Not a directory".
