erlang category

[Caspar Florian Ebeling]

Hi,

I want to add the erlang web server yaws as a port and I wonder if it makes
sense to create a new priamary category "erlang" for this. In fact I think so
because I see an increase in interest in this platform in general. The
New Committers Guide in the wiki says such a thing needs approval.
Should I add it?
