Hello,
I was building MacPorts from trunk and run into the following coinfgure
error
checking for tclsh... /opt/local/bin/tclsh
checking for Tcl package directory...
/Users/Armahg/macportsbuilds/build1/Library/Tcl
checking whether tclsh was compiled with threads... no
configure: error: tcl wasn't compiled with threads enabled
I have been able to work around this by changing my .bash_profile so
that /usr/bin/tclsh is used
instead. I was wondering why the tclsh binary that comes with a MacPorts
install isn't compiled
with threads enabled. Any special reason for this? It seems a bit
peculiar that you can't use
a MacPorts binary for another MacPorts installation.
Thanks,
George.
