Hi,

Can someone commit the following ports I have submitted quite a while  
back:

Added support to arpack port for using different fortran compilers  
(the same way it is done for e.g. py25-scipy).

New port for PETSc, a suite of data structures and routines for the  
scalable (parallel) solution of scientific applications modeled by  
partial differential equations. Has been assigned to mcalhoun at macports.org 
  over a month ago.

New port for SLEPc, a software library for the solution of large scale  
sparse eigenvalue problems on parallel computers. Requires PETSc,  
includes a variant to support arpack.
