specifying a makefile

Thanks for the hints:  Those got me through the build phase.  Doing  
the same for the destroot phase got me finished.

Is there a way of combining those 4 lines (since build.dir =  
destroot.dir, build.args = destroot.args) or must they each be set  
individually?
