[21376] pymol 1.2r2 packaging

  I believe that the pymol 1.2r2 packaging on...

has been fully reviewed now. Can we please get
this into the dports for 1.8.1? Of course tcl
will need to be fixed to build with
--disable-core-foundation but adding pymol
may nudge that process along. Thanks in
advance.
