We need to setup a good structure for our site: we know where we've
been, and we know what we have to offer. Does our site reflect these
or is it a dead skeleton that needs replaced?
Just appoint a person or two to figure out how we want it organized
and then others can throw in design ideas and more from there.

As for the download, it would likely be handy to have a download page
like so many open source projects: the download link goes to a page
with a big download button. There's another link to the requirements.
