NCursesW is failing to compile +universal

Note that I don't believe anything that uses glib2 (such as gtk2) will  
work properly on a PowerPC Mac at this point, given this ticket:

glib2 will build and install, but it will contain incorrect  
information in its header files which will either prevent other ports  
(like gtk2) from building, or at least prevent them from working right.
