NCursesW is failing to compile +universal

Oh for bleepity bleep.

I'm just going to download and use the not-quite-ready quartz version
of gtk then.

Sigh. And all this is just for the map editor which, up until now,
wasn't a "required" build and wasn't even PPC ready (didn't generate
compatible maps because of floating point issues).
