It's been a little more than a week, but I've got patches for an "actinact"
(#27666 <http://trac.macports.org/ticket/27666>) and "nodepts" pseudo-ports.
In the interest of reducing code repetition, common code from a number of
pseudo-port functions was first moved to a separate function, which was then
used as the basis for "nodepts". Should the refactoring be a separate patch
from the "nodepts" pseudo-port? If anyone wishes to examine the patches,
they're attached.
