I think we can remove superb-west.dl.sourceforge.net and superb-east.dl.sourceforge.net from the sourceforge mirror group; they never seem to have any files anymore, in my experience:

$ sudo port -u upgrade py26-docutils

--->  Fetching py26-docutils

Or does anybody recall having received any file from those mirrors lately?
