I don't have commit access so I need someone to commit this (patch and
portfile diff) for me... Besides closing ticket #25657, the included
fixes should resolve tickets:

 #24954 alpine: Undefined symbols: _libintl_setlocale...
 #25603 alpine 2.00 upgrade issue on intel MBP; and
 #25161 alpine: use a versioned distfile
