TeXLive 2009 ports test

[Dan Ports]

At long last, I just posted a preview version of new ports for TeXLive
2009 to http://trac.macports.org/ticket/16492. This includes some major
changes to the packaging, breaking the (very large) TeXLive
distribution into ~80 ports.

It's not quite ready for commit, mostly because it currently requires
existing texlive ports to be removed before installing, but should be
usable for testing. If any tex users are willing to give it a try, I'd
appreciate any feedback.
