No, they are not. More than a year ago I started the new-help-system
branch, which is intended to rewrite our man pages in asciidoc. This
would make it possible to generate HTML pages as well as roff output.

I have to admit progress is quite slow on this one. I am converting the
old man pages to the new format, but I have also written new
documentation about some commands already.
