[GSoC] Best proposal for community?

I have the same fear; but I think it's worth to try if community says
that it's the most important task :-)

Since we both have the same fears, I spent lot of time on this idea
(since the other Erik thought about) and I also have already written
the proposal, I guess I will not withdraw it, but I'll also propose a
binary tool. Then let the community decide. Of course, I encourage you
to propose the same thing that I'm proposing, or even better choose
another project.
