Yes! The dragonegg port has both gcc45 and 46 variants, and produces output files named dragonegg45.so and dragonegg46.so, so that you can have both at the same time. However, gcc46 does not compile yet on Lion. Besides, the portfile for gcc46 would need the same modifications as the gcc45 one, except maybe for the darwin-sections.def copy which may not be needed.
